Golden Eaglets of Nigeria will tackle Sao Paulo FC in a friendly game today as part of their preparations for this year’s FIFA Under 17 World Cup finals starting in Brazil on October 26.
Head Coach of the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria Manu Garba said the friendly game will be a good test for the players, to see how they are quickly settling down to the task ahead when the global championship kicks off in a fortnight.

Nigeria will begin her quest for honours at the 2019 FIFA Under 17 World Cup with a game against Hungary on October 26.
Meanwhile: Nigeria’s goalkeeper Francis Uzoho has vowed to come back stronger after picking up an injury in the Super Eagles 1-1 friendly draw against the Selecao of Brazil yesterday.
Uzoho, was stretchered off the pitch in the 65th minute following what appeared to be a serious injury.
The Omonia Nicosia of Greece goalie put up a superb performance in the game before his substitution.
