The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
The apex court also held the rulling by the Appeal Court that a candidate diese not need to get At least 25 percent of votes in the federal Capital Territory (FCT) to be declared as the Country’s president.
