Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, who has flagged off the construction of Ndiya Street, Internal roads, drainages, and installation of solar lighting in Akpan Andem market, in Uyo, the state capital.
Speaking during the flag-off exercise, Governor Umo Eno stated that his decision to construct economically viable streets across the state is symbolic prove of his high regard for entrepreneurs and small-scale business operators and reemphasized that his administration, through the A.R.I.S.E. Agenda, is set to rekindle the entrepreneurial spirit of Akwa Ibom people.
He thanked the women and traders for their massive support during the last general election, noting that the construction of Ndiya Street and the rehabilitation of Akpanandem Market which seeks to improve the standard of facilities in the market, was in fulfillment of his campaign promise on entrepreneurial development.
