Inter Milan moved 15 points clear at the top of Serie A with victory over Genoa.
Kristjan Asllani’s strike and an Alexis Sanchez penalty, after Nicolo Barella was fouled inside the box, put the hosts 2-0 up inside 38 minutes.
Johan Vasquez pulled one back after half-time, but Inter held on to record their ninth successive league win. The result, also their 12th in a row in all competitions, moved them 15 points above second-placed Juventus.
Inter have now won 23 of their 27 Serie A games this season, with their solitary defeat coming back in September.
